Below is the registration form for Metamorphosis Retreat. We are accepting application for a 2024 retreat in West Glover, VT (exact dates TBD). Filling out this application form will allow us to screen potential members and create the most loving, safe, cohesive container possible. Please be as detailed as your heart will allow.
Before your registration is confirmed we will schedule and complete a consult call to discuss in more detail: what draws you to Metamorphosis Retreat, what you hope to gain from this experience, any previous plant medicine experiences you have and answer any and all questions you have regarding this magical experience.
